SenseAnywhere has expanded its data logger series with intelligent input modules for voltage and current. The small connectors enable digital measurements for all analogue products.
Digital measurements for analogue products
In industrial automation technology and pressure sensors, the 4-20 mA current signal and the 0-10 V voltage signal are the most frequently used signals in analogue measured value transmission. The new, intelligent SenseAnywhere input modules 4-20mA and 0-10V enable digital measurements for all analogue products and thus open up unlimited possibilities. When the corresponding input module is connected to a third-party sensor, all monitored analogue data is digitised by the electronics in the connector and forwarded to an AiroSensor 20-20-43 via the SenseAnywhere Bus (SAB) interface. This transmits all measurements to the reliable and secure cloud portal SAClient.
Variety of measurements in one system
A variety of measurements such as CO2, pressure, number of dust particles in cleanrooms and many more are thus made possible. The biggest advantage is that all measured values are available in one system, including alarms and notifications. Alarm parameters can be set in the SAClient cloud portal, and when these are exceeded or fallen short of, notifications are sent to ensure the safety and quality of products and processes. All monitored data can be viewed in real time, with full audit trails available for download. No software needs to be installed and the data is accessible via PC, Mac, tablet or smartphone.
